Yes. Nubbo is developed in Spain and complies with GDPR regulations. We do not store file contents, we encrypt sensitive data and we provide tools to exercise user rights.
No. All files are transferred directly between the user browser and the storage provider via presigned URLs. Nubbo only manages the metadata needed for the interface.
