1. Service description

Nubbo is a unified cloud storage management platform. It allows users to connect their own storage providers (such as AWS S3, DigitalOcean Spaces, etc.) and manage their files from a single interface.

Nubbo does not store files. It acts as a management layer. All file transfers happen directly between the user's browser and their cloud storage provider using presigned URLs.

2. Registration and account

This service is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older (or 14 or older with sufficient legal capacity under applicable law). By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• To use Nubbo, you must create an account by providing your name, email, and a password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You may not create accounts with false information or use another person's account.

3. Cloud provider credentials

• When connecting a cloud provider, you provide access credentials (Access Key ID and Secret Access Key).
• These credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the credentials you provide have the appropriate permissions.
• Nubbo uses the credentials exclusively for the operations you request (list, upload, download, delete files).

4. Visitor data processing

When creating galleries or file requests, the user and Nubbo establish a joint controllership arrangement for the personal data of visitors who access those resources, pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR. The essential terms of this arrangement are described in section 15 of the Privacy Policy.

The user, as joint controller, agrees to:

• Use visitor data only for the legitimate purposes of their gallery or file request.
• Provide visitors with effective means of contact.
• Respond to visitor data subject requests within the legal one-month period pursuant to Article 12 of the GDPR.
• Notify Nubbo if they receive a request or complaint that affects the technical processing carried out by the platform.

Each party is liable for breaches arising from its own activity: Nubbo for the technical means and the user for the commercial use and purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nubbo to:

• Store, distribute, or share illegal content.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use the service in a way that may damage, overload, or impair the servers.

6. Intellectual property

The source code, design, brand, and content of Nubbo are the property of the owner. The files you manage through Nubbo remain your property, and Nubbo claims no rights over them.

7. Service availability

Nubbo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee a specific uptime or that the service will be error-free. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service temporarily or permanently.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nubbo is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or deletion of files stored on your cloud providers.
• Nubbo is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or changes in your cloud providers' services.
• Nubbo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
• Nubbo's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (currently free).

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion has a 30-day grace period during which the account is suspended and public links are not accessible. You can reactivate it by logging in during that time. After 30 days, deletion is final and irreversible. You can also request immediate deletion from the same flow.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
• Nubbo reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that have remained inactive (without logging in) for an uninterrupted period of 12 months, upon prior notification to the email address associated with the account.
• Upon account deletion, all your data stored in Nubbo will be erased (your files on your cloud providers will not be affected).

10. Survival

The provisions of these terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, applicable law and dispute resolution shall survive the termination of the agreement, regardless of the cause.

11. Assignment

The user may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms without Nubbo's prior written consent. Nubbo may assign or transfer these terms to a third party in the event of merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, with prior notice to the user by email.

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Nubbo regarding the service, and supersede any prior agreement, communication or understanding, whether oral or written.

15. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the owner's domicile, unless applicable regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
