# Nubbo

> Nubbo is a cloud storage management platform that connects multiple S3-compatible providers into one unified interface. It does not store files — it acts as a management layer on top of your own cloud storage accounts.

## What Nubbo Does

Nubbo lets users connect professional cloud storage providers (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, Wasabi, Backblaze B2) and any S3-compatible or self-hosted server and manage all their files from a single, modern web interface. Uploads and downloads happen directly between the user's browser and their cloud provider using presigned URLs. Nubbo never stores your files; thumbnails, watermarks and multi-file ZIP downloads are processed ephemerally on its servers and then discarded.

- **Password Reveal by Email**: Send the password of a protected share, gallery or file request to a recipient via a separate one-time email link, so the access link and the password never travel together
- **Security**: AES-256-GCM credential encryption, two-factor authentication (TOTP), recovery codes
- **File Preview**: Images with zoom/rotation, PDF viewer, video/audio playback
- **Labels & Tags**: Organize files with color-coded labels across all providers
- **Favorites**: Mark files and folders as favorite and access them from a dedicated cross-provider view
- **Hidden Files & Folders**: Hide any file or folder to declutter your browser and search results. Hiding a folder cascades to its contents. Toggle visibility globally as a synced user preference; hidden items keep working for shares, galleries and inboxes
- **Trash / Recycle Bin**: Soft-delete with restore and automatic cleanup

- **Notifications**: In-app and email notifications across ~30 individually-toggleable types (grouped visually by account, security, activity, lifecycle and product) including a daily activity digest, with one-click per-type unsubscribe for non-critical emails
- **Data Export (GDPR)**: One-click export of personal data as compressed JSON (.json.gz), either uploaded to your own bucket or streamed directly to the browser; third-party data is pseudonymised
